Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently erased from our systems.

How to Request Deletion

To delete your Sevahetu account and all associated data, please email us at [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Upon approval of your deletion request, the following data will be permanently and irrevocably wiped from our systems:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • All personal profile information (name, mobile number, email address)
  • Complete trip and emergency request history
  • Saved addresses and location data
  • Emergency contact details and SOS contacts
  • Hospital preferences and selected hospital history
  • Device IDs and application usage logs
  • Any medical information voluntarily provided
  • All associated metadata and backup records

What Is Retained

Certain information may be retained solely for legal and regulatory compliance purposes, including:

  • Records required by applicable law (e.g., Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)
  • Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot be traced back to you
  • Financial transaction records as required by tax and accounting regulations

Such retained data will be kept only for the minimum period mandated by law and will not be used for any operational purpose.

Processing Time

We will process your account deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 days, please follow up at the same email address.
