21. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
21.1 Subscription Plans
Sevahetu may offer subscription-based services, including but not limited to monthly and yearly plans.
21.2 Monthly Plans (₹99 / ₹149 Plans)
- All monthly subscription plans, including individual and family plans, are non-refundable.
- Once payment is successfully processed, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances.
- Users may choose to discontinue usage; however, the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
21.3 Yearly Plans
- Users purchasing a yearly subscription plan may request a refund within 24 hours of successful payment.
- Refund requests made after 24 hours shall not be entertained.
21.4 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds shall be processed after deducting applicable taxes, including GST, and any payment processing charges, if applicable.
- The refund amount shall be credited to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
21.5 Cancellation by User
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the Platform.
- Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not entitle the user to any refund, except as stated in Clause 21.3.
21.6 Modification of Policy
Sevahetu reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at its discretion. Continued use of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
